Business Development Director - Construction
The UK construction industry is facing increasing pressure to demonstrate robust cybersecurity practices throughout their supply chains. Prime contractors and Tier 1 sub-contractors are now required to evidence that their suppliers meet minimum security standards – creating a significant market opportunity for our supply chain due diligence managed service.
Powered by Cyber Swift, our platform enables construction firms to efficiently manage, monitor, and verify the cybersecurity posture of hundreds or thousands of suppliers, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and reducing supply chain risk.
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Director with deep roots in the UK construction sector to open doors, build relationships, and drive adoption of our supply chain solution among major contractors.
This is a hunter role. You will proactively identify and pursue opportunities within prime contractors and large sub-contractors, leveraging your existing network and industry knowledge to position Cool Waters Cyber as the partner of choice for supply chain cybersecurity compliance. You don't need to be a cybersecurity expert – we'll provide the technical backing. What matters is your ability to navigate the construction industry, understand procurement dynamics, and build trusted relationships at senior levels.

Product Owner
We're seeking a technically-capable Product Owner to take ownership of Cyber Swift's product roadmap and guide its continued development. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent computing graduate or early-career professional to work at the intersection of product management and cutting-edge AI-assisted software development.
What Makes This Role Unique
You'll be working directly with Claude Code, Anthropic's AI coding assistant, to develop and maintain Cyber Swift. This isn't traditional product ownership - you'll be:
• Writing detailed product specifications that Claude Code can execute
• Reviewing AI-generated code, architectural decisions, and implementation plans
• Guiding Claude Code through complex multi-step development tasks
• Validating AI decisions against business requirements and technical best practices
• Learning to leverage AI tools effectively for software development

M365 & Desktop Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft365 & Desktop Support Specialist to join our Infrastructure team. This role involves configuring and supporting Microsoft 365 (M365) tenants for our clients, as well as providing end-user desktop support. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in M365 administration, security hardening, and desktop troubleshooting, with a proactive approach to improving client environments.
