We call them 'soft skills' but for many, and especially those working in IT and other technical fields, they can be the hardest to master.  Skills such as leadership, motivation, coaching and public speaking.  

A healthy, ethical and positive culture is essential to the long term success of any organisation.  We have seen too many examples in the news recently of rapidly growing organisation that have failed to address their cultural issues - or failed to define their culture - and so allowed toxic, discriminatory and self-desructive attitudes and culture to develop and flourish. Ultimately the shareholders and the senior team pay the price and those who should have been providing the required leadership are held to account.

We believe the solution to these challenges is to study and implement the principles of leadership developed by best selling author and world leadership expert: John C Maxwell.  As John Maxwell certified trainers, speakers and coaches, we are able to bring the Maxwell leadership and personal development principles to your organisation.  

We understand that people and organisations do not change overnight - it is a process, not a one time event that will embed real and lasting change.  

All of our client engagements are designed around the unique challenges in that organisation and usually reflect our belief that a few hours contact each week over several weeks will deliver far greater impact and lasting change that a couple of intense days in a classroom.

Our Approach


Our Approach


A typical client engagement with an established organisation will include:

  • A taster session, typically 30 - 45 minutes, as a guest spot in a team meeting or as a 'lunch and learn'

  • Followed by a leadership or personal development course over 4 - 8 weeks

  • Personal 1-2-1 coaching for selected team members, often to help 'rising stars' accelerate their growth 

  • An away day or retreat for the senior team to identify and address fundamental leadership and cultural challenges

  • One or more sessions of the Leadership Challenge (run for teams who regularly work together) which helps individuals identify their own leadership weaknesses and strengths and promotes collaboration. 

We have a broad portfolio of training course available, which address topics including: Leadership, Personal Development, Learning from Failure, Effective Communication and Public Speaking.
